Alan Wier was V.P. Application Strategy in the E-Retail Group at Retail Planning Associates in Columbus OH. He developed interactive strategy, information architecture, design and customer experience for both in-store interactive and web based electronic retail. These “click” initiatives have been closely synchronized with the “brick” channels for clients such as: Microsoft, Chrysler Modus, Kodak, Bell Mobility, AutoNation, and adidas.

The Microsoft Interactive Touchpoint provided seamless integration of interactive within retail environments in USA and Canada. Including CompUSA and Nobody Beats the Wiz. Budget: $700K, including back-end development and fixture.

Alan Wier developed the customer interaction design, information architecture and provided creative direction for behavior of the interactive (February 1996 - August 1996).
