All of the Microsoft Interactive Touchpoints, in every retail location, was networked. With two-way communication between each Touchpoint and the RPA server. All content was local to each Touchpoint. However, each Touchpoint reported its status back to the server. This allowed authorized viewers the ability to check on Touchpoint operation. Each Touchpoint also reported its activity on a daily basis. This activity was then correlated with sales activity at that store.
